We are proud to have made this talented team a part of our day-to-day life since we stepped through CMG’s doors many years ago. It is an honor to have learned from an extraordinary teacher and mentor, CMG Founder Geoff Martin, and carry on the legacy he started in 2007.

Nick Colarusso
Owner/President
Nick has been with Cedar Mill Group since 2013, starting as a Project Manager. His one goal walking into the company was to increase the size and quality of the projects we take on. With his years of experience working for larger construction companies, Nick was able to mesh strategies used in larger projects with the thriving talent at Cedar Mill Group.
Nick served as the acting Vice President and Director of Operations for several years before taking ownership of the company with Nick Domenici in July 2023. Nick’s goal has always been to develop and run a company that operates at the highest level, focusing on customer satisfaction and exceptional quality. The word “can’t” doesn’t exist in Nick’s vocabulary. Always looking forward to a new challenge, he thrives on creating teams of individuals who share our company’s core values of Trust, Integrity, and Collaboration.
When Nick isn’t working with his outstanding team, he spends time with his wife, Kelli, and their two boys, Nathan and Jack. Nick has always been passionate about fine woodworking, baking, and cooking. If he has any time left in his busy day, you will likely find him in either his workshop or kitchen—dreaming up his next exciting culinary adventure or furniture project.
Nicholas Domenici
Owner/Vice President
Nick has been with Cedar Mill Group since 2015, starting as a carpenter. Over the years, Nick has taken on increasing levels of responsibility, bringing his dedication and charisma to each new role. In 2023, Nick became a co-owner of CMG with Nick Colarusso. Nick melds his real-world field experience with a caring and supportive management style. He prioritizes not just results but also the people behind the work. To this day, Nick still manages every project that leaves the design floor for production.
Outside work, Nick enjoys camping, playing hockey, and exploring the beautiful New England region with his wife, Katie, and two daughters, Maddie and Hadley.
Kristen DiCicco
Office Manager
Kristen has been with Cedar Mill Group since 2007 and is an integral part of the team. We always say that without Kristen’s keen eye and attention to detail, we would be in a far different spot than we are today. She is one of our unsung heroes behind the scenes—ensuring all of our bills get paid, projects run (financially) smoothly, and all our human resource tasks get handled in a timely manner.
What she likes most about working at CMG are the core values of honesty, integrity, service, and quality. Outside work, Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband, Joe, her adult “kids,” sisters, and friends. She loves to read, sing, and serve in her local church.
Amy Somerville
Selections & Design Coordinator
Amy has been a residential designer for over ten years, helping clients realize their dream spaces. Amy has been with Cedar Mill Group since 2024. With a strong artistic background and a passion for all things beautiful, Amy works to bring clients and their families together in color and form. Inspired by clients’ desires and hopes for a space, Amy reveals their vision one element at a time—evoking joy with textures and colors when passing through and using a living space.
Function is Amy’s top priority when designing a living space. As a mother of three children, Amy understands the functional needs of a busy household, and her energy and love for design keep the process lively and enjoyable. She feels there is no better reward than the smile on a client’s face when the convergence of their inspiration and lifestyle is revealed when their project is completed.
Kaleena Hardy
Design Development/Product Coordinator
Kaleena has been with Cedar Mill Group since 2024 as one of our Design Development and Product Coordinators. Although she is a new CMG team member, we have had the privilege of working with Kaleena as a subcontractor for the last several years. In her new role, Kaleena assists clients with all aspects of project design. Clients enjoy working with her in product selection and seeing their vision come to life. Kaleena has an associate’s degree in architecture and building technology from Vermont Technical College, a bachelor’s degree in interior design from Bay Bath College, and years of design and construction experience.
She enjoys spending her free time with her boyfriend Paul, attending concerts and fairs, and playing with their VERY energetic dog Roxie. Kaleena values being part of the great CMG team and the joy her designs bring to her clients.
David Meeken
Lead Carpenter
David has been with Cedar Mill Group since 2007, working with CMG Founder Geoff Martin for over 15 years. Before his tenure with Cedar Mill Group, David was a self-employed carpenter for 12 years. With over 25 years of field experience and 40+ years in the industry, David’s wealth of knowledge and expertise helps ensure every project moves smoothly and efficiently from design to completion.
A lover of the outdoors, David enjoys all that living in New Hampshire has to offer, from skiing and hiking to fishing and camping. He also likes music and playing the drums. He and his wife Kira moved to Loudon in 1983, where they enjoyed a rural lifestyle while raising their son Aaron.
Paul Bragg
Lead Carpenter
Paul has been with Cedar Mill Group since 2007. He loves bringing the design team’s ideas to reality and facilitating all aspects of onsite management with our large-scale projects.
Paul is with his beautiful partner of 26 years, Shelly, and their four adult children. When not in the field, Paul enjoys spending time with his three grandchildren and watching them play sports. He loves camping and spending time with his dog (and best friend) Russell.
Phil George
Lead Carpenter
Phil has been with Cedar Mill Group Since 2020, offering nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry. When not working on exciting projects for CMG, Phil enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, camping, and gardening. His primary focus is spending quality time with his son.
Tyler Bonin
Lead Carpenter
Tyler has been with Cedar Mill Group since 2024. He has spent much of his career in residential construction, having a significant role in operating a family-run business. Through this time, he developed a passion for creating great spaces while maintaining a positive and collaborative construction experience. Tyler is excited to be a part of Cedar Mill Group because its commitment to professionalism, service, and attention to detail aligns with his core values.
When Tyler is not making memories with his wife, Rebecca, and their three beautiful daughters, he enjoys playing hockey, coaching his children’s sports teams, and exploring nature.
Michael Caswell
Carpenter
Michael has been a Cedar Mill Group team member since 2020 and offers over 20 years of industry experience. He enjoys working with his hands and loves coming up with creative project ideas and solutions. His favorite projects involve the use of his critical thinking skills. Michael collaborates well with others and thrives in CMG’s team-oriented environment.
Michael loves spending time with his children and significant other and enjoys fishing, shooting, and other outdoor activities.
Aiden Wood
Carpenter Apprentice
Aiden has been with Cedar Mill Group since 2024, joining our team after earning his associate's degree at NHTI. As a new addition to the team, Aiden is developing many new skills and a passion for the work. He appreciates the guidance he has received at CMG and the community he has become a part of.
In his free time, Aiden enjoys golfing, photography, skiing, and mountain biking.
Cedar Mill Group employs a custom design / build process that incorporates the customers vision and turns it into reality. Our state of the art design software can provide a 3-dimensional photo-realistic rendering, site and floor plans or even a real-time movie walk through of your project. It can also compile a detailed estimate based on product selections, revised drawings and on-site analysis by our construction team and specialty trade contractors. Our design process was developed to clearly identify how to achieve the best results within the project design and selection process. The program is comprised of various phases aimed at simplifying project development.

We constantly look between the lines for new construction processes and materials. We utilize 3D design software to offer you a virtual blueprint of how yourproject will appear. As for the build process, we keep our work area clean and minimize any distractions as much as possible.

We live and work where you do and care about the communities we serve. Over the past several years we have been a proud sponsor of the NH Duck Drop at Mount Sunapee. All proceeds go directly to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central New Hampshire. Our Owners are on the Advisory board of CRTC Career & Technical Education Program. We sponsor a regular season and tournament team within the Concord National Softball league.
Several of our employees give to the United Way. One of our owners Nick Domenici volunteers monthly at the Friendly Kitchen. We are fortunate to be able to do what we do, and we are grateful to be able to give back in some small way.
