geoffGeoff Martin - President

Geoff began his career in building as a self-employed carpenter back in 1987. He soon became partner and president of Morse & Martin, Inc. and helped to build and grow that company, working there until 2007. Geoff then went out on his own and started Cedar Mill Group, Inc. creating a full service, design/build, residential building and remodeling company, specializing in exceptional levels of quality and service. Geoff's responsibilities include sales, marketing, business development and expansion.

Geoff lives in Webster with his wife and best friend Susan, and their daughter Chloe. Geoff also has four older children-Jennifer, Travis, Nicole and Micah, and three grandchildren-Logan, Parker and Riley.

Brett Cusick - Director of Operations

Brett has been with Cedar Mill Group since its inception. He graduated with a BS degree in Engineering from Roger Williams University in historic Bristol, Rhode Island. Brett joined the construction industry after spending several years in the Boston area working with world class engineering firms.

His technical background includes major GIS and topography mapping, AutoCAD manipulation and residential design using Chief Architect. He now primarily uses the Chief Architect platform to illustrate and visualize upcoming projects. As a licensed septic designer and installer, Brett enjoys the seamless transition between site development and residential design.

Brett, his wife Kate and son Quinn live in Bradford in a home they designed and built together. They enjoy skiing, hiking, golfing and watching movies by the fire.

aimg 9733Phil LaMoreaux - Project Coordinator

Phil joined Cedar Mill Group in 2011. He works with the designer and production department to create proposals, coordinate schedules, and to aid clients in the selection of materials.

As a self-employed carpenter, Phil has spent the past four years developing his project management skills while honing his remodeling skills. Prior to his self-employment, Phil was a carpenter for a local builder. He is known for his attention to detail and finish carpentry. His tenure as a carpenter in New Hampshire began after spending four years working as a geologist in the environmental engineering field.

Phil is still active remodeling his own historic cape in Bradford, New Hampshire where he lives with his wife Andrea and daughter Iris. When not at home, they can be found enjoying the back roads, trails and lakes of central New Hampshire.

davidDavid Meeken - Production Manager

David has been working with Cedar Mill Group owner Geoff Martin for over ten years. Hired as a lead carpenter, he has worked his way up to his current position as Production Manager. Prior to his tenure with CMG, David was a self-employed carpenter for fifteen years. With over 20 years of field experience, David brings an abundant level of understanding to the complete process, allowing projects to move smoothly and efficiently, all the way from design to completion.
A lover of the outdoors, David enjoys all that living in New Hampshire has to offer from skiing and hiking to fishing and camping.
David and his wife Kira moved to Loudon in 1983 and have enjoyed the rural lifestyle while raising their son Aaron.

kristenKristen DiCicco - Office Manager

Kristen joined our team back in 2002 and took on the daunting task of getting us organized. Kristen's previous experience includes having worked at AG Edwards as a Financial Assistant, and also for New England Administrators doing third party financial accounting for retirement plans. Now she keeps our office running like a finely tuned machine!

Kristen lives in Webster with her husband Joe and their two sons, Nick and Alex.

paulPaul Bragg - Lead Carpenter

Paul has been with Cedar Mill Group, Inc. since 2002. He started as a carpenter and worked his way to being our head Lead Carpenter. Paul exhibits various skills within our industry and his craftsmanship can be found on any of our more intricate kitchen and finish trim projects.

Paul lives in Loudon with Shelly and three boys Lucas, Jordan and Jared. They can found camping in various places throughout this great state.

nigelNigel Coco - Carpenter's Assistant

Nigel is the newest member of Cedar Mill Group, Inc. He comes with a wide and varied skill set including retail, landscaping and farming. He works alongside our Lead Carpenter and all of our trade professionals to keep our projects running smoothly. Nigel also manages our Jobsite Marketing Program and has been a huge asset to the Cedar Mill Group, Inc. team.

Nigel lives in Concord with his wife Heather and their three cats Wilson, Ruggles and Oblio. He is an avid outdoorsman who has conquered the Appalachian Trail and the Long Trail. Nigel and Heather can be found enjoying the beauty that the White Mountains have to offer.
