Our Story ...
30 years ago, Geoff Martin left his job as a car salesman. After remodeling his own home, and with the support of a couple friends, Geoff began his career as a builder. Today, Geoff, and the team at Cedar Mill Group work across Southern New Hampshire with the same spirit of service, quality, honesty and integrity that began in Penacook 30 years ago.
What we do is important, but it’s not as important as who we are. A lot of companies want you to sign a contract, and then stay out of the way. That’s not us. We’re a collaborative company. Once you’re a Cedar Mill Group Customer, we’ll come over and change a lightbulb for you. We’re not the small project company. But once you’re in the Cedar Mill Group family, you’re a customer for life.

Nick Colarusso
Owner/President
Nick is a project manager that brings years of hands on field experience to the team. Nick started his career in the construction industry working on deep energy retrofit and LEED certified projects. Aside from his career accolades Nick decided to take a year of his life and devote it to volunteering for Habitat for Humanity. He has worked on many state and utility funded projects that have helped many lower income families. Nick graduated from Keene State College with a degree in Architecture. He strives to mold his field and design expertise together to create a customer experience that is truly unique. Nick lives in Concord with his wife Kelli. They enjoy the outdoors and try to spend any of their free time at the lake or on the ski slope.

Nick Domenici is our new project manager who has been with Cedar Mill Group for five years. He has embraced his new role with core values of good communication, honesty, and integrity. Nick brings excellent experience from being a carpenter in the field and applying that knowledge as a project manager in order to get the job done the right way for every client. Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife Katie and two amazing children exploring in the woods, being active outdoors, and being involved in local sports.

David has been working with Cedar Mill Group owner Geoff Martin for over fifteen years. Hired as a lead carpenter, he has worked his way up to his current position as Production Manager. Prior to his tenure with Cedar Mill Group, David was a self-employed carpenter for fifteen years. With over 25 years of field experience, David brings an abundant level of understanding to the complete process, allowing projects to move smoothly and efficiently, all the way from design to completion. A lover of the outdoors, David enjoys all that living in New Hampshire has to offer from skiing and hiking to fishing and camping. David and his wife Kira moved to Loudon in 1983 and have enjoyed the rural lifestyle while raising their son Aaron.

Kristen joined our team back in 2002 and took on the daunting task of getting us organized. Kristen's previous experience includes having worked at AG Edwards as a Financial Assistant, and also for New England Administrators doing third party financial accounting for retirement plans. Now she keeps our office running like a finely tuned machine! Kristen lives in Webster with her husband Joe and their two sons, Nick and Alex.

It can also compile a detailed estimate based on product selections, revised drawings and on-site analysis by the construction team and specialty trade contractors. We live and work where you do and care about the communities we serve. Over the past several years we have worked hand-in-hand with our sister company Northcape Design to host the NH Duck Drop at Mount Sunapee. All proceeds go directly to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central New Hampshire. We are fortunate to be able to do what we do, and we are grateful to be able to give back in some small way.
